A good laugh can be the perfect addition to a relaxing weekend, and Hemphill has an evening of stand-up comedy coming this October. Comedian Daryl Felsberg performs at Feed Store Cafe on Friday, October 16, 2026, at 8:00 PM, bringing his energetic storytelling and sharp humor to a local venue near Toledo Bend.
For visitors staying at Mid Lake Campground, the show offers a chance to trade a quiet evening by the lake for a night of live entertainment in town.
Meet Comedian Daryl Felsberg
Daryl Felsberg is a stand-up comedian known for his animated delivery, observational humor, and storytelling style. His comedy career has included appearances connected with NBC’s Last Comic Standing, as well as comedy recordings and filmed performances.
His act combines prepared material with a conversational approach that can make a live show feel spontaneous. The October 16 performance gives Hemphill audiences an opportunity to experience his comedy without traveling to a larger city.
A Friday Night at Feed Store Cafe
Feed Store Cafe is hosting the performance at its Hemphill location on Worth Street. The show is scheduled to begin at 8:00 PM, making it an option for visitors looking for an evening activity after a day on Toledo Bend.
The event’s ticketing listing identifies an age limit of 16 and up, so families should keep that in mind when planning their night. Tickets are available through the comedian’s website and the event ticketing page.
Add Some Laughter to Your Lake Getaway
A Toledo Bend vacation doesn’t need to revolve entirely around fishing or boating. Local entertainment can be a great way to discover more of the surrounding community while enjoying a change of pace.
Spend Friday afternoon relaxing at Mid Lake Campground, head into Hemphill for the comedy show, and return to the campground afterward. Saturday can be reserved for whatever brought you to the lake in the first place.
