Sip coffee on the covered deck and take in the beautiful sunrise over the lake surrounded by Sabine National Forest. Keep an eye out for Bald Eagles, and an Osprey nest atop a 20 ft high tree stump just a quarter mile from shore. The mobile home is inside Mid Lake Campground located on Toledo Bend, one of the best bass fishing lakes in the country, and we have the best crappie fishing right below our marina. Sabine National Forest offers hiking and nature trails for outdoor enthusiasts.

Bedroom 2 has a twin over double bunk bed with a trundle that can sleep 3 kids or 2 adults comfortably. The kitchen is nicely equipped with service for 8, and everything you need to cook or grill your favorite meals.
Free Wi-Fi (Fiber optic to the park). You should have cell phone service with most providers. Bring your Netflix, Amazon, Disney, or other streaming services account log in to connect to the smart Tv.

The entire house is yours to enjoy with the large, covered deck with ceiling fan and gas grill (propane provided). There is a 2-bay covered carport with electricity. Washer and Dryer provided in the unit. Please bring your detergent.
Guests have full access to the boat ramp, swimming platform (this is not a private dock; it is for all guests in the campground), fish cleaning station, kayaks (reserve at the store) and waterfront pavilion.
